The Jack F. Tolbert Memorial Student Grant Program (Tolbert Grant Program) is to provide financial assistance to full-time students attending approved private career schools in Maryland.

The Part-Time Grant Program provides funds to Maryland public and independent colleges and universities based on the number of undergraduate part-time students with demonstrated financial need, who are enrolled in degree-granting programs at specific institutions. Recipients are selected and awarded by the institution.

The Maryland Senatorial Scholarship is offered to Maryland residents who plan to pursue a postsecondary credential full-time or part-time at a two-year or four-year Maryland college, university or private career school.

The Horatio Alger Association, through the generosity of its members, provides aid to students in all states who have displayed integrity and perseverance in overcoming adversity and demonstrate critical financial need.
